Majid Abdalla vs Ibrahim Yacoub

Boxing Daily Report from the AI UAE-Ash Shariqah promoted show at Sharjah Hage, Sharjah,  taking place on 15/10/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the UAE Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Abu Dhabi Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Majid Abdalla (11 - 7(1) - 2) who hails from Sharjah, UAE and Ibrahim The Mirage Yacoub(52(9) - 14(2)) from Dubai, UAE.  Both Abdalla and Yacoub weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Amer Ullah, and the three ringside judges are Faisal Alahmar, Zain Warraq and Waqar Malloy.  

Round 1: 

Yacoub gets on the inside.  Yacoub pivots from in front of his opponent.  Yacoub lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Yacoub holds on to his opponent.  Yacoub is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Yacoub about fouling.
