Elshan Mekhtiyev vs Jalil Begum

Boxing Daily Report from the Njoroge Promotions promoted show at Baku Rahmani, Baku,  taking place on 19/10/2038:

Clearly Njoroge Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Azerbaijan-Absheron Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Elshan Mekhtiyev (17 - 16(2) - 2) who hails from Baku, Azerbaijan and Jalil Begum(8 - 14 - 2) from Baku, Azerbaijan.  Mekhtiyev weighed in at 117 pounds and 14 ounces, while Begum weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Israfil Hajiyev, and the three ringside judges are Malik Shabazz, Alekber Ameen and Imam Rahaim.
