Cris Sarangaya vs Diego Almendarez

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Laguna promoted show at Calamba Basketball Court, Calamba,  taking place on 20/10/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cris Sarangaya (33(30) - 0) who hails from General Santos, Philippines and Diego Almendarez(8(2) - 0) from Cagayan de Oro, Philippines.  Sarangaya weighed in at 117 pounds and 13 ounces, while Almendarez weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ulises Puruganan, and the three ringside judges are Duncan Mangonon, Olindo Suguitan and Cuba Villescas.
