Blake Torry vs Dave Weddel

Boxing Daily Report from the Namugerwa Promotions promoted show at Edmonton Arbuckle, Edmonton,  taking place on 27/10/2038:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Canada-Alberta Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Network, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Blake Torry (25(4) - 4(2)) who hails from Calgary, Canada and Dave Weddel(10 - 5(1) - 2) from Edmonton, Canada.  Torry weighed in at 241 pounds And 13 ounces, while Weddel weighed in at 241 pounds And 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Paul Belan, and the three ringside judges are David Baxter, Louis Cauldwell and Zachary Shillinglaw.  

Round 1: 

Torry finds the target with a jab.  
Torry steps inside and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Torry closes the distance and digs in a right hook to Weddel's body.

Weddel pivots to the side of his opponent.  Torry lands a left hook.  
Weddel throws a right uppercut, but Torry holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Torry pushes his forearm into Weddel's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Torry manages to force Weddel into the corner.  Torry is on target with a left uppercut.  Torry holds on to his opponent.  Torry is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Torry about fouling.
