Boxing Daily Report from the AI Tajikistan-Sughd promoted show at Isfara Sattar, Isfara,  taking place on 05/11/2038:

Clearly AI Tajikistan-Sughd have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Tajikistan-Sughd Featherweight title.
