Gbolahan Abugan vs Olufemi Popoola

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Oyo State promoted show at D'Rovans Hotel, Ibadan,  taking place on 09/11/2038:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Nigeria-Oyo State Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gbolahan Abugan (21 - 3(1) - 5) who hails from Iseyin, Nigeria and Olufemi Popoola(30(9) - 12(1) - 2) from Iseyin, Nigeria.  Both Abugan and Popoola weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Brown Mamudu, and the three ringside judges are Julius Ekpukhon, Irfan Younan and Nwankwo Bassey.

Popoola has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused a slight cut in the corner of the right eye.  .
