Olindo Valdivia vs John Lay

Boxing Daily Report from the Sumito Urayama's KO Kings promoted show at Palacio Contador, Montevideo,  taking place on 03/12/2038:

Clearly Sumito Urayama's KO Kings have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Olindo Valdivia (35(11) - 18(8) - 4) who hails from Montevideo, Uruguay and John Lay(31(11) - 22(20) - 1) from Perth, Australia.  Both Valdivia and Lay weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Juan Jacinto, and the three ringside judges are Ryo Canedo, Baltasar Regal and Javier Casto.
