Boxing Daily Report from the AI France-Upper Normandy promoted show at Rouen Belcourt, Rouen,  taking place on 14/11/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the France Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ives Ionesco (36(14) - 10(3)) who hails from Lille, France and Briar Obier(32(18) - 0) from Le Havre, France.  Ionesco weighed in at 146 pounds and 13 ounces, while Obier weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sorrel Carel, and the three ringside judges are Orleans Eury, Valentin Robert and Borden Delcamp.
