Carlos Pamintuan vs Santiago Cortinas

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at Rizal Memorial Sports Complex, Manila,  taking place on 25/12/2038:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Philippines Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ABS Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Carlos Pamintuan (32(6) - 4(2)) who hails from Malolos, Philippines and Santiago Cortinas(14(6) - 2(2)) from Malolos, Philippines.  Both Pamintuan and Cortinas weighed in at 112 pounds.
