Cipriano Palaganas vs Tajo Rubiano

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Laguna promoted show at Philippines-Laguna Gym, Calamba,  taking place on 02/12/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Laguna Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cipriano Palaganas (28 - 18(2) - 3) who hails from San Pedro, Philippines and Tajo Rubiano(32 - 6 - 1) from San Pedro, Philippines.  Palaganas weighed in at 118 pounds and 9 ounces, while Rubiano weighed in at 118 pounds.    As Palaganas came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Orlando Arrendondo, and the three ringside judges are Darryl Emuslan, Xavier Sicat and Ivan Talaro.
