Evgeny Rusinov vs Lazar Babinski

Boxing Daily Report from the Debrah Promotions promoted show at Angarsk Dvorny, Angarsk,  taking place on 02/12/2038:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Irkutsk Oblast Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Evgeny Rusinov (2 - 3 - 6) who hails from Irkutsk, Russia and Lazar Babinski(11 - 15(2) - 3) from Angarsk, Russia.  Both Rusinov and Babinski weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fedya Rochev, and the three ringside judges are Georgiy Wolsky, Gennady Sinitsyn and Valeri Andryunin.
