Dmitriy Mikulich vs Isaak Shchegolikhin

Boxing Daily Report from the Tamanyan Promotions promoted show at Engels Glushakov, Engels,  taking place on 28/11/2038:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Saratov Oblast Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dmitriy Mikulich (19 - 16 - 4) who hails from Saratov, Russia and Isaak Shchegolikhin(8 - 8 - 4) from Saratov, Russia.  Mikulich weighed in at 146 pounds And 7 ounces, while Shchegolikhin weighed in at 146 pounds And 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Fedor Tverdovsky, and the three ringside judges are Arseni Ignatiev, Afanas Orlovsky and Georgiy Lampeev.
