David Aporu vs John Ahabwe

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uganda-Northern Region promoted show at Gulu Keitetsi, Gulu,  taking place on 05/12/2038:

Clearly AI Uganda-Northern Region have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uganda-Northern Region Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are David Aporu (7 - 9 - 1) who hails from Lira, Uganda and John Ahabwe(1 - 16 - 3) from Gulu, Uganda.  Both Aporu and Ahabwe weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Majid Aman, and the three ringside judges are Sid Commins, Useni Kayemba and Alastair Pbitek.  

Round 1: 

Ahabwe connects with a right uppercut.  
Aporu advances into close range and walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Aporu digs in a left hook to Ahabwe's body.

Ahabwe voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Aporu accepts the invitation, throwing powerful combos, but is unable to land anything on Ahabwe.

Aporu sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Ahabwe lands a left uppercut.
