Boxing Daily Report from the AI Dominican Republic-Distrito Nacional promoted show at Santo Domingo de Guz Vayo, Santo Domingo de Guzman,  taking place on 07/12/2038:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Dominican Republic-Distrito Nacional Heavyweight title.

Cara weighed in at 259 pounds, while Tomey weighed in at 247 pounds and 14 ounces.
