Billy Mortimer vs Chivalry Baxa

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at PPG Paints Arena, Pittsburgh,  taking place on 19/12/2038:

Clearly Ringside Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Americas Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on HBO, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Billy Mortimer (22 - 11(5) - 4) who hails from Wichita, USA and Chivalry Baxa(67(39) - 5(3) - 1) from Gaineau, Canada.  Both Mortimer and Baxa weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Josh Williams, and the three ringside judges are Colin Blood, Stuart Hind and Ashley Perk.  

Round 1: 

Baxa steps inside.  Mortimer attempts to land a right uppercut, but Baxa blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Baxa is looking to close the distance and throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Baxa gets on the inside and drives a solid left hook into Mortimer's ribs.  Baxa holds on to his opponent.  Mortimer is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Mortimer pivots to the left of his opponent.  Baxa lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  He then lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.

Mortimer backs onto the ropes...he is waving his opponent in!  Baxa tries to tag Mortimer on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!  Baxa is on target with a left hook.

Mortimer finds the target with a jab.  Mortimer attempts to land a cross, but Baxa sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Baxa closes the distance and is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents liver.  Baxa throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Baxa digs in a right hook to Mortimer's ribcage.  Baxa clinches his opponent.  Baxa leans on his opponent using all his weight. Baxa uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Mortimer's kidney. The ref breaks Baxa's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Mortimer tries to keep the action at long range and throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Baxa closes the distance and drives a solid right hook into his opponents ribcage.  
Mortimer steps away from his opponent.  Baxa hits home with an overhand right.

The right shot from Baxa could be enough to force the stoppage!  Baxa lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Mortimer now seems to have got his legs back.
