Tugdual Loum vs Chivalry Saint-Jean

Boxing Daily Report from the Danquah Promotions promoted show at Dakar Dalmeida, Dakar,  taking place on 15/12/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Senegal Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on RTS, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Tugdual Loum (10 - 8 - 2) who hails from Diourbel, Senegal and Chivalry Saint-Jean(21(10) - 14(4) - 2) from Dakar, Senegal.  Loum weighed in at 199 pounds and 15 ounces, while Saint-Jean weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mallory Saheli, and the three ringside judges are Dominique Le Roy Ladurie, Rance Artaud and Rush de Brosse.
