Seamus MacRae vs Channing Artaud

Boxing Daily Report from the Don Kingahan promoted show at Dublin Salmon, Dublin,  taking place on 18/12/2038:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Celtic Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Seamus MacRae (9 - 4(1)) who hails from Dublin, Ireland and Channing Artaud(22 - 10 - 2) from Brest, France.  Both MacRae and Artaud weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Brandon Madigan, and the three ringside judges are Carl MacRae, Mel Mohan and Cillian Murphy.  

Round 1: 

MacRae digs in a right uppercut to Artaud's body.  
MacRae is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribcage.

MacRae lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Artaud pivots to the left of his opponent.  MacRae lands a straight 1 - 2.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Artaud dabs at his face checking for damage.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Artaud.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
