Lao-Tzu Howe vs Zhong Kieu

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Hebei promoted show at Fo-hai Way Gym, Dingzhou,  taking place on 20/12/2038:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China-Hebei Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lao-Tzu Howe (3 - 3 - 1) who hails from Tangshan, China and Zhong Kieu(9 - 1 - 2) from Shijiazhuang, China.  Both Howe and Kieu weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Woo Sum, and the three ringside judges are Huang-fu Tso, Ye Wah and Manchu Kwon.
