Matthew Curtis vs Ian Howie

Boxing Daily Report from the Alhassan Promotions promoted show at Perth White, Perth,  taking place on 22/12/2038:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Australia-Western Australia Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on WIN, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Matthew Curtis (20 - 4(2) - 2) who hails from Perth, Australia and Ian Howie(8(1) - 3) from Perth, Australia.  Curtis weighed in at 134 pounds and 2 ounces, while Howie weighed in at 134 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Barry Rease, and the three ringside judges are Vince Kelty, Jack Swavely and Harry Salmond.
