Hikaru Kojima vs Jiro Okimoto

Boxing Daily Report from the Carabetian Promotions promoted show at Kyoto Matsushima, Kyoto,  taking place on 28/12/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Kyoto Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hikaru Kojima (9 - 8 - 4) who hails from Kyoto, Japan and Jiro Okimoto(13 - 14 - 3) from Kyoto, Japan.  Both Kojima and Okimoto weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Taro Matsuoka, and the three ringside judges are Yuji Nagai, Nao Mori and Kazuhiko Anzai.

Okimoto lands a straight 1 - 2.
