Jax Mejias vs Gig Barbo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Argentina-Córdoba promoted show at Centro 11 Deportes, Córdoba,  taking place on 31/12/2038:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Argentina-Córdoba Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Publica, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jax Mejias (29(7) - 2(1)) who hails from Córdoba, Argentina and Gig Barbo(5 - 4 - 2) from Córdoba, Argentina.  Both Mejias and Barbo weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Eloy Frausto, and the three ringside judges are Ignado Galano, Diego Alvear and Cortez Prospero.
