John Calalang vs Xavier Macasa

Boxing Daily Report from the Dauda Promotions promoted show at Cabuyao Matute, Cabuyao,  taking place on 01/01/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Laguna Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Calalang (7 - 10 - 3) who hails from Cabuyao, Philippines and Xavier Macasa(12 - 23 - 1) from Calamba, Philippines.  Both Calalang and Macasa weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Carlos Murillo, and the three ringside judges are Nemesio Castrillo, Carlos Murillo and Santiago Trillo.
