Alen Malbog vs Jose Masangkay

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-NCR promoted show at Quezon City Tanghal, Quezon City,  taking place on 01/01/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-NCR Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alen Malbog (2 - 4(1)) who hails from Quezon City, Philippines and Jose Masangkay(3 - 7(1) - 3) from Pasig, Philippines.  Both Malbog and Masangkay weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bruce Barretto, and the three ringside judges are Nasario Babasa, Ulises Ovando and Lewis Soriano.
