Igor Polansky vs Fedya Popov

Boxing Daily Report from the Dotse Promotions promoted show at Perm Shavershian, Perm,  taking place on 02/01/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Perm Krai Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Igor Polansky (16 - 1) who hails from Perm, Russia and Fedya Popov(5 - 21(1) - 1) from Berezniki, Russia.  Both Polansky and Popov weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Georgiy Yesheyev, and the three ringside judges are Isaak Khoroshilov, Viktor Davydov and Aleksei Troubetzkoy.
