Kunle Ajunwa vs Rashid Kalil

Boxing Daily Report from the Kasanbata Promotions promoted show at Kaduna Dahiru, Kaduna,  taking place on 01/01/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Nigeria-Kaduna State Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kunle Ajunwa (6 - 6 - 3) who hails from Kaduna, Nigeria and Rashid Kalil(7 - 1) from Zaria, Nigeria.  Both Ajunwa and Kalil weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is James Sanya, and the three ringside judges are Brown Dokiwari, Ifeanyi Chukwudi and Antwan Okonkwo.  

Round 1: 

Kalil steps inside.  Kalil pivots from in front of his opponent and drives a right hook into Ajunwa's ribcage.  
Kalil lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Ajunwa gets on the inside.  Kalil lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents head.

Kalil circles his opponent with a low guard, waiting for his opponent to attack.  Ajunwa tries to land a left hook, but Kalil sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut to Ajunwa's ribcage.

That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
