Sezni Belisle vs Fabrice Dibango

Boxing Daily Report from the Wigwam Promotions promoted show at Dakar International Conference Center, Dakar,  taking place on 08/01/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Western African Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Sezni Belisle (39(36) - 3(3)) who hails from Pikine, Senegal and Fabrice Dibango(36(1) - 8(7)) from Maroua, Cameroon.  Both Belisle and Dibango weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sid Soumah, and the three ringside judges are Yves Diedhiou, Josce Vanier and Garner Seyrig.
