Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Gold Gym, Brisbane,  taking place on 25/12/2038:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Geoff Simiyu (1(1) - 0) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Mariano Vinay(5 - 0) from Sunshine Coast, Australia.  Both Simiyu and Vinay weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Leon Kellar, and the three ringside judges are Darryl Maletin, Ian Corrie and William Ferries.
