John Howells vs David Ode

Boxing Daily Report from the yahir promoted show at Municipal Auditorium Little Theatre, Kansas City,  taking place on 18/01/2039:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-Missouri Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Howells (13(6) - 3(1) - 4) who hails from Kansas City, USA and David Ode(21(6) - 8(4) - 4) from St. Louis, USA.  Howells weighed in at 140 pounds, while Ode weighed in at 139 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is William Harkins, and the three ringside judges are William Harkins, Dave Sullivan and Phil Ekberg.
