Tyrell Ankomah vs Clinton Poku

Boxing Daily Report from the Busia Promotions promoted show at Kumasi Senanu, Kumasi,  taking place on 23/01/2039:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ghana-Ashanti Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Tyrell Ankomah (9(4) - 1) who hails from Kumasi, Ghana and Clinton Poku(4 - 19 - 2) from Kumasi, Ghana.  Both Ankomah and Poku weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Vincent Lamptey, and the three ringside judges are Amon Amartey, Nwa Agbee and Lamech Duncan.  

Round 1: 

Ankomah steps inside.  Poku throws a left hook, but Ankomah holds on to his opponent.  Ankomah is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Ankomah to stop fouling.  
Ankomah lands a jab to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Ankomah closes the distance and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  Ankomah throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.
