Kazuki Niwa vs Hisoka Imai

Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at Kitakyushu Media Dome, Kitakyushu,  taking place on 07/01/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Kazuki Niwa (0 - 0) who hails from Fujisawa, Japan and Hisoka Imai(7 - 11(1) - 2) from Hamamatsu, Japan.  Both Niwa and Imai weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Yuji Sakai, and the three ringside judges are Satoshi Murata, Hiroki Sawa and Hisao Kamei.  

Round 1: 

Niwa gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Niwa clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Niwa pushes his forearm into Imai's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Niwa to stop fouling.  
Niwa connects with a left hook.  
Imai steps to the outside.  Niwa connects with a solid cross.  
Niwa is looking to close the distance and walks Imai down, trapping him in the corner.  Niwa lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.

Niwa steps inside and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.

Imai throws a left hook, but Niwa ties up his opponent.  Niwa leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Niwa walks Imai onto the ropes.  Niwa drives a firm left hook into Imai's body.  
Niwa lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.

Niwa closes the distance.  Niwa is really starting to turn up the heat!  He senses a stoppage here.  Niwa SLAMS a DEVASTATING right uppercut into his opponents face.  IMAI HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  THE REF STOPS THE FIGHT!  HE DOES NOT BELIEVE IMAI CAN CONTINUE!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Niwa!
