Premnath Goswami vs Mandip Ram

Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Telangana promoted show at Victory Courts, Hyderabad,  taking place on 30/01/2039:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the India-Telangana Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TEN Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Premnath Goswami (7(2) - 3) who hails from Hyderabad, India and Mandip Ram(11 - 6) from Hyderabad, India.  Both Goswami and Ram weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ashok Atwal, and the three ringside judges are Ashok Atwal, Waqar Faraj and Akbar Ratanpuri.  

Round 1: 

Goswami gets on the inside.  Goswami digs in a left hook to Ram's body.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Goswami dabs at his face checking for damage.
