Mark Kalanga vs Zachary Alphonse

Boxing Daily Report from the Ssenjovu Promotions promoted show at Durban Chikane, Durban,  taking place on 03/02/2039:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the South Africa-KwaZulu-Natal Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mark Kalanga (15 - 1) who hails from Umlazi, South Africa and Zachary Alphonse(5 - 4 - 3) from Umlazi, South Africa.  Both Kalanga and Alphonse weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lehlohonolo Cardoso, and the three ringside judges are Sam Van Onselen, Cole Makwetla and Louis Muamba.  

Round 1: 

Kalanga steps inside and cuts off the ring, trapping Alphonse in a neutral corner.  Kalanga sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.
