Pascal Marques vs Grant Ardant

Boxing Daily Report from the Rain City Rumble promoted show at Vancouver Morgan, Vancouver,  taking place on 31/01/2039:

Clearly Rain City Rumble have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Pascal Marques (2 - 1) who hails from Ottawa, Canada and Grant Ardant(0 - 4) from Montreal, Canada.  Both Marques and Ardant weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kai Sundy, and the three ringside judges are James Clelland, Mark Jones and John Hendren.  

Round 1: 

Marques steps back and leans on the ropes with his guard up.  Ardant tries to tag Marques on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!
