Seferino Ines vs Rio Alcaraz

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Colombia-Bolivar promoted show at Cartagena Tristan, Cartagena,  taking place on 06/02/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Colombia-Bolivar Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CARACOL, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Seferino Ines (13 - 0 - 1) who hails from Cartagena, Colombia and Rio Alcaraz(19 - 3 - 2) from Cartagena, Colombia.  Ines weighed in at 126 pounds, while Alcaraz weighed in at 125 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Fidel Canizales, and the three ringside judges are Neper Eusebio, Ramirez Palomar and Joaquin Matas.
