Darryl Barus vs Joe Chelanga

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Kiambu promoted show at Kikuyu Gachu, Kikuyu,  taking place on 07/02/2039:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Kenya-Kiambu Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Darryl Barus (8 - 25(3) - 9) who hails from Ruiru, Kenya and Joe Chelanga(7 - 0) from Ruiru, Kenya.  Both Barus and Chelanga weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Elliot Icharia, and the three ringside judges are Haider Ben, Jay Karanja and Sam Ngugi.  

Round 1:
