Montenegro Vela vs Francisco Tobias

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Puerto Rico-San Juan promoted show at Rogelio Bohorquez Gym, San Juan,  taking place on 08/02/2039:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Puerto Rico-San Juan Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Montenegro Vela (17 - 6(1) - 1) who hails from San Juan, Puerto Rico and Francisco Tobias(6 - 17 - 1) from San Juan, Puerto Rico.  Vela weighed in at 129 pounds and 14 ounces, while Tobias weighed in at 129 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ulises Monforte, and the three ringside judges are Cortez Redondo, Juan Laurel and Fausto Jasmin.
