Cortez Olivas vs Alejandro Montesino

Boxing Daily Report from the Boomer Promotions promoted show at Havana Ballon, Havana,  taking place on 17/02/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cortez Olivas (16(11) - 0 - 1(NC)) who hails from Valencia, Spain and Alejandro Montesino(4 - 12 - 3) from Havana, Cuba.  Both Olivas and Montesino weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Federico Bracero, and the three ringside judges are Luis Cruz, Alvino Navarra and Alejandro Limas.  

Round 1: 

Montesino is looking to close the distance.  Olivas lands two left hooks followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  Olivas holds on to his opponent.  Olivas pushes his forearm into Montesino's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Olivas about fouling.

Olivas switches the action to the outside.  Olivas senses his opponent is hurt.  He is looking to stop Montesino and just needs the right shot.  Olivas lands a right uppercut followed by  two straights to his opponents head, AND SENDS MONTESINO TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 7.  It looks like Montesino has now recovered from that shot earlier.

Montesino gets on the inside.  Olivas lands a left hook, right hook and a right uppercut to his opponents head, AND DROPS MONTESINO!  He is still struggling to his feet as the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Olivas!
