Jasper Clingan vs John Biss

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Australia-New South Wales promoted show at Sydney Cuffaro, Sydney,  taking place on 15/02/2039:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia-New South Wales Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jasper Clingan (8 - 14(1) - 3) who hails from Sydney, Australia and John Biss(10(1) - 3) from Wollongong, Australia.  Both Clingan and Biss weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chris Lobban, and the three ringside judges are Ethan Zeatounian, Bob Solomon and Arran Mair.  

Round 1: 

Biss steps inside and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Biss steps inside and walks Clingan into a corner.  Biss quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the head.  
Biss pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the body, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Biss pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right uppercut.  
Biss feints a left hook, and then lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Clingan gets on the inside and attempts to land a right uppercut, but Biss sidesteps and counters with a firm left hook.  
Biss manouvers Clingan into a neutral corner.  Biss pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Biss is on target with a solid left hook.  
Clingan steps inside.  Biss lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Biss quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Clingan wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Biss dabs at his face checking for damage.  Biss has taken some damage there.  That has caused a slight cut  the right eye.  .  
Biss lowers his guard, attempting to draw a lead.  Clingan throws a cross, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a sharp left uppercut.  
Clingan is looking to close the distance.  Biss quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents head.  
Clingan switches the action to the outside.  Biss is on target with a solid jab.  
Biss pivots to the side of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.  
Clingan is looking to close the distance.  Biss sidesteps to the right of his opponent and digs in a right uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Clingan's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Clingan's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.
