Xaver Lares vs Diego Alonzo

Boxing Daily Report from the Raisian Promotions promoted show at Mexico-Baja California Gym, Tijuana,  taking place on 26/02/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Baja California Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xaver Lares (5 - 10 - 1) who hails from Tijuana, Mexico and Diego Alonzo(18 - 10(1)) from Mexicali, Mexico.  Lares weighed in at 175 pounds, while Alonzo weighed in at 175 pounds And 10 ounces.    As Alonzo came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Alvino Mayorga, and the three ringside judges are Zelipe Canto, Lisandro Castellanos and Guillermo Urbano.
