Afanas Devin vs Kolya Babinski

Boxing Daily Report from the Shongwe Promotions promoted show at Sergei Dorosh Gym, Perm,  taking place on 28/02/2039:

Clearly Shongwe Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Perm Krai Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Afanas Devin (11 - 21(3) - 4) who hails from Perm, Russia and Kolya Babinski(4 - 15(1) - 2) from Perm, Russia.  Both Devin and Babinski weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fedar Polsky, and the three ringside judges are Ivan Obolensky, Anton Zobnin and Sasha Markow.
