Boxing Daily Report from the Top Shelf Prospects promoted show at Talkatora Indoor Stadium, New Delhi,  taking place on 19/02/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Haaris Maarouf (0 - 0) who hails from Dammam, Saudi Arabia and Amit Sherbani(0 - 1) from Chennai, India.  Both Maarouf and Sherbani weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Malik Baten, and the three ringside judges are Azam Shams, Ganesa Molhu and Ranjiv Rajagopal.  

Round 1: 

Sherbani is looking to close the distance.  Maarouf quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Maarouf lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  Maarouf clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Maarouf pushes his forearm into Sherbani's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Maarouf.  
Maarouf pivots from in front of his opponent.  Sherbani throws a left uppercut, but Maarouf holds on to his opponent.  Maarouf uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Sherbani behind the head. The ref breaks Maarouf's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Maarouf is on target with a right hook.  
Maarouf quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Sherbani throws a left hook, but Maarouf holds on to his opponent.  Maarouf uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Sherbani's kidney. The ref breaks Maarouf's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Maarouf lands a left hook, cross and a jab to his opponents head.  
Maarouf is looking to close the distance.  Sherbani throws a right uppercut, but Maarouf ties up his opponent.  Maarouf leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Maarouf sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a HUGE left uppercut.  SHERBANI IS HURT!  Sherbani almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Maarouf lands a cross.  
Maarouf advances into close range.  Maarouf quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Maarouf voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Sherbani is whaling away with hooks, but Maarouf keeps his defence tight.  
Maarouf tries to step out of his opponents range and lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
Maarouf lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Sherbani recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Maarouf lands a right hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left uppercut to the body, AND KNOCKS SHERBANI DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  
Maarouf is looking to force the stoppage!  Maarouf lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body, AND SHERBANI IS DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  Sherbani now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Maarouf drives a left uppercut into his opponents body.  Maarouf ties up his opponent.  Maarouf tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Sherbani behind the head. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Maarouf lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Sherbani quickly recovers. 
Maarouf closes the distance and lands a solid right hook.  
Maarouf steps inside and whips in a DEVASTATING left hook to his opponents ribs.  DOWN GOES SHERBANI!  THE REF STOPS THE FIGHT!  HE DOES NOT BELIEVE SHERBANI CAN CONTINUE!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Maarouf!
