Charlie Stephens vs Kenzie Preston

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Amway Center, Orlando,  taking place on 21/05/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-South Atlantic Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Charlie Stephens (7(2) - 1) who hails from Gainesville, USA and Kenzie Preston(7 - 5 - 1) from Virginia Beach, USA.  Stephens weighed in at 217 pounds and 8 ounces, while Preston weighed in at 250 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Elliot Balderas, and the three ringside judges are Vicente Llanas, Vince Wood and Kenzie Calley.  

Round 1: 

Stephens finds the target with a jab.  
Preston is looking to close the distance.  Stephens lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Preston tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Stephens pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a firm cross.  
Stephens lands with a sharp jab.  
Preston advances into close range.  Stephens pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Stephens lands a jab followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  
Stephens leans back on the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Preston tries to tag Stephens on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!  
Stephens lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Stephens hits home with a sharp cross.  
Preston quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Stephens lands a solid jab.  
Stephens steps away from his opponent and lands two overhand rights followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Stephens is on target with a stinging cross.  
Stephens lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Preston almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Preston lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Stephens steps to the outside and finds the target with a jab.  
Stephens drives a jab into Preston's body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Preston's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Preston's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Preston's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Preston closes the distance and throws a right hook, but Stephens clinches his opponent.  Stephens leans on his opponent using all his weight. Preston tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Stephens's kidney. 
Stephens is looking to keep his distance and finds the target with a jab.  
Preston tries to land a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a solid left hook.  
Stephens lands a solid jab.  
Stephens lands an overhand right.  
Stephens switches the action to the outside and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.

Preston is keeping his hands low...it looks like he wants his opponent to throw first.  Stephens is on target with a sharp left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Stephens tries to step out of his opponents range.  Preston sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Stephens lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Stephens lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Stephens steps to the outside and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Stephens lands a jab to the body followed by two straights to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!

Stephens steps to the outside and lands an overhand left followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a jab, cross and a jab to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Stephens sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Stephens lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a left uppercut followed by  two left hooks to his opponents head, AND DROPS PRESTON TO THE CANVAS!  He tries to rise on shaky legs but Preston cant beat the count!  The winner by KO is Stephens!
