John Fuertes vs Rob Broadie

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Stub Hub Center (Football), Los Angeles,  taking place on 05/03/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Pacific Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fox Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Fuertes (22(10) - 7(3) - 2) who hails from North Las Vegas, USA and Rob Broadie(13 - 7(1) - 2) from Seattle, USA.  Both Fuertes and Broadie weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John Dickie, and the three ringside judges are Noah Denoon, Dillon Yeoman and Seth Coria.  

Round 1: 

Fuertes closes the distance and lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  Fuertes clinches his opponent.  Fuertes is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Broadie steps away from his opponent and attempts to land a jab, but Fuertes dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents body.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Broadie has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused bad swelling  around the right eye.  
Fuertes drops his guard, and stalks his opponent...he wants his opponent to throw a shot.  Broadie is on target with a jab.  
Fuertes drives a sharp left hook into Broadie's liver.  Fuertes clinches his opponent.  Fuertes leans on his opponent using all his weight. Fuertes uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Broadie behind the head. Fuertes tries to land a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.
