Alastair Bryden vs Mike Kennedy

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Oregon promoted show at Eugene Seton, Eugene,  taking place on 25/02/2039:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Oregon Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alastair Bryden (24(12) - 4(4)) who hails from Eugene, USA and Mike Kennedy(7 - 12(1) - 4) from Salem, USA.  Both Bryden and Kennedy weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Brett Moss, and the three ringside judges are Gregor Riach, William Terrace and David Bowman.  

Round 1: 

Bryden gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  Bryden clinches his opponent.  Bryden pushes his forearm into Kennedy's face.  The referee warns Bryden and breaks the clinch.  
Bryden feints a cross, tricking Kennedy into countering with a left hook.  Bryden avoids the shot and counters with a stinging right hook.  
Bryden advances into close range and is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  Bryden clinches his opponent.  Bryden leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Bryden's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Bryden cuts off the ring, trapping Kennedy on the ropes.  Bryden hits home with a left hook.  Bryden ties up his opponent.  Bryden is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Bryden gets on the inside and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Kennedy steps away from his opponent.  Bryden lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Bryden is looking to close the distance and is on target with a solid right uppercut to his opponents ribcage.  
Bryden lands a right hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  He follows up the attack and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Kennedy tries to step out of his opponents range.  Bryden lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Bryden is looking to close the distance and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Bryden lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  Bryden holds on to his opponent.  Bryden leans on his opponent using all his weight. As they grapple, Bryden pushes his forearm into Kennedy's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Bryden lands a jab, right hook and a cross to his opponents head.  
Bryden closes the distance and is on target with a right hook.  
Bryden finds the target with a ramrod jab.  
Bryden gets on the inside and lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Bryden quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Bryden lands a left hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a left uppercut to the head.  Bryden clinches his opponent.  Bryden is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Bryden uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Kennedy behind the head. 
Bryden lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Kennedy quickly recovers. 
Bryden forces Kennedy to back into the blue corner.  Bryden pivots to the side of his opponent.  Bryden lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  Bryden ties up his opponent.  Bryden leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Bryden connects with a right uppercut.  
Bryden lands a left hook followed by a cross to his opponents head, AND DROPS KENNEDY TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 4.  
Bryden digs in a left uppercut to Kennedy's body.  
Bryden lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.

At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Kennedy's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Kennedy's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Kennedy's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Kennedy's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Bryden closes the distance and digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  
Bryden pivots to the left of his opponent.  Kennedy throws a left uppercut, but Bryden ties up his opponent.  Bryden is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Kennedy switches the action to the outside.  Bryden sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Kennedy lands a right hook.  
Kennedy steps to the outside.  Bryden lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Bryden is really starting to turn up the heat!  He senses a stoppage here.  Bryden lands a cross followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS KENNEDY DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 6.  Kennedy now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Kennedy tries to keep the action at long range.  Bryden lands a jab followed by  two overhand lefts to his opponents head.  
Bryden gets on the inside and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Bryden lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.
