Fritzie Gierhart vs Arnell Kerth

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at O2 World, Berlin,  taking place on 12/03/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the EU Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Fritzie Freight Train Gierhart (48(43) - 0) who hails from Dusseldorf, Germany and Arnell Kerth(22(18) - 8(7)) from Graz, Austria.  Both Gierhart and Kerth weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Garrison Berner, and the three ringside judges are Maximillian Sauber, Griswold Beu and Bin Scher.  

Round 1: 

Gierhart gets on the inside and drives a firm right uppercut into Kerth's body.  Gierhart throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Kerth throws a left hook, but Gierhart clinches his opponent.  Kerth is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Gierhart lands a left hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a right hook to the head.  
Gierhart lands a potent cross.  IT LOOKS LIKE KERTH WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Kerth quickly recovers. 
Kerth lands with a stinging jab.  
Kerth forces Gierhart to retreat onto the ropes.  Kerth lands a right hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Gierhart steps inside and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left uppercut to the body.

Gierhart steps inside and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.

Gierhart gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Gierhart clinches his opponent.  Gierhart pushes his forearm into Kerth's face.  The ref breaks Gierhart's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Kerth switches the action to the outside.  Gierhart throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.

Gierhart steps inside.  Gierhart pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a stinging right uppercut.  
Gierhart closes the distance and lands a left hook, left uppercut and a left hook to his opponents head.  
Gierhart is on target with a stinging left hook.  Gierhart attempts to land a jab, but Kerth sidesteps and counters with a solid cross.  
Gierhart steps inside and connects with a firm left uppercut.  
Kerth lands a cross to the body, a left hook to the body and a cross to the head.

Gierhart steps inside and slams a spiteful left hook into his opponents body.  IT LOOKS LIKE KERTH WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Kerth recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Kerth sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Gierhart tries to land a jab, but Kerth dodges the shot and counters with a cross.  
Gierhart tries to land a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Kerth lands a jab.  
Kerth attempts to land a right uppercut, but Gierhart blocks the shot and counters with a sharp cross.  
Gierhart lands a firm left hook.  
Kerth lands with a hard jab.  
Gierhart connects with a firm left hook.

Kerth sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Gierhart lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Kerth almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Gierhart manouvers Kerth onto the ropes.  Kerth lands a left uppercut.  Gierhart clinches his opponent.  Gierhart leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Kerth sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Gierhart connects with a SAVAGE right hook.  KERTH IS HURT!  
Gierhart closes the distance.  Gierhart stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Gierhart lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head, AND KERTH IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He tries to rise but his legs dont respond...the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Gierhart!
