Angel Monico vs Cruz Sarinana

Boxing Daily Report from the Sowah Promotions promoted show at Maracaibo Fletes, Maracaibo,  taking place on 08/03/2039:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Venezuela-Zulia Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Meridiano TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Angel Monico (12 - 2) who hails from Maracaibo, Venezuela and Cruz Sarinana(6 - 3 - 4) from Maracaibo, Venezuela.  Monico weighed in at 122 pounds and 11 ounces, while Sarinana weighed in at 121 pounds and 7 ounces.    As Monico came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the titles on the line tonight.  
The referee tonight is Emilio Quiroz, and the three ringside judges are Alejandro Blando, Juan Lince and Juan Matias.  

Round 1: 

Monico manouvers his opponent into a neutral corner.  Monico lands a left hook.
