Kieran Cowper vs Porfio Esteban

Boxing Daily Report from the Top Shelf Prospects promoted show at Estadio Osvaldo Casanova, Bahía Blanca,  taking place on 26/03/2039:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kieran Cowper (16(13) - 1(1)) who hails from Linden, Guyana and Porfio Esteban(25 - 5(2)) from Resistencia, Argentina.  Both Cowper and Esteban weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Venacio Eugenio, and the three ringside judges are Reynaldo Fernandez, Quinto Salomon and Rodrigo Quijada.  

Round 1: 

Cowper is looking to keep his distance and throws a cross, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Esteban gets on the inside.  Cowper is on target with a sharp right uppercut.  
Cowper tries to keep the action at long range.  Esteban quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Esteban forces Cowper to back into the ropes.  Esteban pivots from in front of his opponent.  Cowper lands a left hook to the body, a jab to the head and a right uppercut to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Esteban quickly recovers. 
Esteban closes the distance.  Cowper drives a stinging left hook into Esteban's body.  
Cowper wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Esteban dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Cowper steps to the outside and lands with a ramrod jab.  Cowper tries to land an overhand left, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut to Cowper's ribcage.  
Cowper lands a cross to the head, a jab to the body and an overhand left to the head.  Cowper throws a jab, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Cowper throws a left uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Esteban is on target with a right hook.  Esteban tries to land a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Esteban tries to land a jab, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Cowper attempts to land a jab, but Esteban blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Cowper lands with a solid jab.  
Esteban closes the distance.  Cowper tries to land a right hook, but Esteban sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Esteban closes the distance.  Cowper is on target with a stinging left hook to his opponents body.  
Cowper switches the action to the outside and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Esteban could be stopped here, if Cowper can find the right shot!  Cowper lands a right hook, cross and a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS ESTEBAN DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  
Cowper switches the action to the outside.  Cowper lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND ESTEBAN IS DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 7.  Esteban now seems to have got his legs back.  
Esteban gets on the inside and manouvers Cowper onto the ropes.  Esteban sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a right hook.  
Esteban throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a sharp right uppercut.  
Esteban closes the distance and forces Cowper to back into the ropes.  Esteban pivots from in front of his opponent and connects with a right hook.

Cowper steps to the outside and DETONATES a nasty cross on his opponents face.  IT LOOKS LIKE ESTEBAN WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Esteban quickly recovers. 
Esteban is looking to close the distance.  Esteban pivots to the right of his opponent.  Cowper connects with a solid right hook.  Cowper attempts to land a left hook, but Esteban slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Esteban hits home with a left hook.  
Cowper tries to keep the action at long range and throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Esteban advances into close range.  Esteban pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook.  
Esteban hits home with a cross.  
Cowper lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Cowper steps away from his opponent and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Esteban steps inside.  Cowper digs in a sharp right hook to Esteban's ribcage.  
Cowper tries to keep the action at long range and lands a jab, cross and an overhand right to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Esteban almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Cowper DETONATES a FIERCE cross on his opponents face.  ESTEBAN IS HURT!  Esteban quickly recovers. 
Esteban is looking to close the distance and manouvers Cowper onto the ropes.  Esteban digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  
Esteban is on target with a right hook.  
Cowper steps away from his opponent.  Esteban hits home with a cross.  
Esteban advances into close range and walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Esteban quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and hits home with a right uppercut.  
Cowper lands a left hook to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Cowper is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Esteban sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Cowper lands a jab, cross and a jab to his opponents head.  
Esteban steps inside.  Cowper pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right uppercut to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a left uppercut to the body.

Cowper steps away from his opponent.  Esteban tries to land an overhand right, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a FIERCE left hook.  ESTEBAN WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Esteban gets on the inside.  Cowper is looking for the shot to finish his opponent.  Cowper lands two consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head, AND ESTEBAN IS DOWN!  He unsteadily tries to get up but is unable to beat the 10 count!  The winner by KO is Cowper!
