Boxing Daily Report from the L2LBoxingPromotions promoted show at Cardiff Whelan, Cardiff,  taking place on 24/03/2039:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the British-Wales Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport UK, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rhys Owen (3 - 0) who hails from Cardiff, UK and Ian Rees(12 - 2) from Swansea, UK.  Both Owen and Rees weighed in at 112 pounds.
