Hikaru Ishihara vs Hiroki Okabe

Boxing Daily Report from the AL Promotions promoted show at Tokyo Aquatics Centre, Tokyo,  taking place on 01/04/2039:

Clearly AL Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Hikaru Ishihara (21(12) - 0) who hails from Kawasaki, Japan and Hiroki Okabe(20(3) - 1) from Koshigaya, Japan.  Both Ishihara and Okabe weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jiro Fukumoto, and the three ringside judges are Kyo Tsutsumi, Kyo Takeshita and Fumio Ishimoto.
