Saad Tulepbaev vs Waqar Sacieff

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kazakhstan-Karagandy promoted show at Karagandy Mucaghanoff, Karagandy,  taking place on 30/03/2039:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Kazakhstan-Karagandy Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Saad Tulepbaev (7 - 0) who hails from Karagandy, Kazakhstan and Waqar Sacieff(4 - 16 - 4) from Karagandy, Kazakhstan.  Tulepbaev weighed in at 146 pounds and 15 ounces, while Sacieff weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Teymurchin Carataeff, and the three ringside judges are Abdul Isckakow, Malik Oralbecow and Ismet Ahmadiev.  

Round 1:
